In my photographic theatre research, since 1994 I have collaborated, as official photographer, with the theatrical Company “Quelli di Grock”, a historic Milanese company that in 2001 celebrated the 25th anniversary of its foundation. The Company “Quelli di Grock” was founded in Milan in 1976.
Mime, Commedia dell’Arte, and dance were the necessary bases for the Company to find an expressive code of its own. Continuous research into body, gesture, stage spaces and scenic material represents not only their characteristics, but also the choice that the Company has been carrying out during these years, creating, in a personal way, an essential theatrical language. |
